This is to inform our esteemed shareholders that DPL has unpaid Right share auctioned payment for the unsubscribed shares from the rights offers made in 2018. The amount could not be made due to a lack of shareholders’ details.
We request our shareholders to submit their name, CID number, account number, bank and branch name, and contact number to our corporate office, Tshenkari, Nganglam for crediting the amount of the Right shares unclaimed directly to your account.
